Spectrum K12 has districts, cooperatives and consortiums that range in size from 3 schools to over 300,000 students. EXCEED/RTI and EXCEED/IEP are built on the EXCEED Student Achievement Manager Platform and therefore operate as a single cohesive application instead of a patchwork of different applications requiring complex or brittle integration strategies. Each EXCEED product provides in-depth process and data management unique to managing specific programs or student populations. The EXCEED Student Achievement Manager Platform provides an advanced, enterprise framework that can be configured to run all programs including 504, ESOL, Gifted, etc.. It also seamlessly automates referrals between RTI and special programs.

Why are so many school districts turning adopting Response to Intervention (RTI) and Student Achievement Management software?

Each EXCEED product provides in-depth process and data management unique to managing specific programs or student populations. The EXCEED Student Achievement Manager Platform provides an advanced, enterprise framework that can be configured to run all programs including 504, ESOL, Gifted, etc.. It also seamlessly automates referrals between RTI and special programs.

Built-in meeting management provides district-wide process standardization and information sharing with students and parents. Online forms and workflow management leads the team through collaborative instructional decision making with strategy and goal recommendations based on the student’s needs. The meeting manager’s interactive agenda driven format provides for fully integrated meetings resulting in data driven informed decisions.

Will EXCEED work with our student information system and other data management systems?

Yes. By connecting with a district’s many student data technologies like student information systems, grade books, discipline systems and state and district level assessment scores, Exceed provides a holistic, 360° view of each student ensuring fully-informed, evidence-based decision making. Exceed provides a comprehensive view and quick navigation to any information captured about a student and any events or process items related to the student. Spectrum K12’s standard, automated interface process allows us to easily exchange data between EXCEED and any other data management system in the district.
