Baltimore City Public School System Chooses 4GL’s ENCORE!® Solution

TOWSON, MD – Feb. 14, 2006 – Baltimore City Public School System (BCPSS) will transform how it manages its special education program when it replaces its current Special Education Tracking System (SETS) product with the comprehensive, Web-based solution ENCORE! The district, Spectrum K12 School Solutions’ (4GL) first public school client in 1996, chose ENCORE! to reduce the amount of time teachers spend on paperwork and individual education plans (IEPs) for its special education population.
