New Name Better Reflects Full Range of Solutions for Educators and Students

TOWSON, MD — April 5, 2006 — 4GL School Solutions, Inc. announced today that it has changed its company name to Spectrum K12 School Solutions, Inc. Along with the name change, the company adopted a new corporate identity, including a new logo, visual identity and Web site that can be found at http://www.spectrumk12.com.
